Greetings, I'm sending this email in the hopes of letting you know about a potential misuse of the Pokemon IP during the first night of the Viña Del Mar International Song Festival (February 23rd, 2020), first I would like to add that the festival in question is transmitted through international media to most of Latin America and even some american channels, resulting in great profits for the parties involved, however, it's the Viña Del Mar City Hall and the artists themselves who organize these shows, producing revenue in the millions of dollars.
The potential infringment (as it's unknown to me and others if a license was given to use your IP) occurred during a comedy show starring a famous local comedian called Stefan Kramer, who had one of his associates make use of a Pikachu from Pokemon costume as a reference to a local radical left agenda (as there are many more cases involving political parties using your IPs potentially unauthorized to support a culture war), the artist himself made 150.000.000 million CLP (roughly 187.000 dollars) from the show.
Attached to this email are images that are going viral through local social media with him making use of Pikachu's likeness in his show:
Also, in the following (unofficial) youtube video you can see his full routine:
Notable timestamps:
45:25 - First appearance
48:20 - Notably politically charged imagery in relation to the national political context
It is possible to contact the comedian Stefan Kramer via his official website, in the following link (spanish site):

The Viña Del Mar City Hall can also be contacted through their official website too, as they coordinate with the artists to produce the shows (spanish site):

As of the writing of this, the festival is still ongoing, so there's still potential for more infringments.
