Baby Driver (2017) [▲75%] Nueva de Edgar Wright <Elite Seal of Approval ★★★★★>
Muy buena película, fresca, original, estilizada y bastante entretenida. La forma en que Edgar Wright utiliza el soundtrack es genial, ya que no son canciones elegidas al azar, sino que están conectadas con lo que está ocurriendo en determinadas escenas y con el personaje de Baby.
En cuanto a los actores, Ansel Elgort está muy bien como Baby, que es un personaje con bastantes capas. Jamie Fox y Jon Hamm se roban la película.
Uno de los mejores elementos del film es la acción, las persecuciones son y se sienten prácticas, están muy bien ejecutadas y filmadas.
Eso sí, no es una película perfecta. El segundo acto lo encontré débil.
Todo el romance entre Baby (Elgort) y Debora (Lily James) no se siente real, pese a que los actores tienen muy buena química en pantalla. Todo ocurre muy rápido y se nota que falta desarrollo. Esto es un problema porque este romance juega un papel en la historia.
Aún con lo anterior, Baby Driver es otra gran y entretenida película de Edgar Wright . Definitivamente estará en mi colección.
Se ha anunciado oficialmente que la versión Digital HD saldrá el 12 de septiembre y la versión física (4K, Blu-ray, DVD) el 10 de octubre.
