Segunda Parte

Now we move on to the text messages. The first text message was sent at 3:53AM. The first thing you have to ask is why is 'Chris Benoit' sending text messages at almost 4 oclock in the morning? The text message contained the address to Chris Benoit's Georgia home. Apparently the family had just moved in the house not too long ago. Here is the text message regarding the address to the Benoit home:

'C, S. My physical address is 130 Green Meadow Lane. Fayetteville Georgia. 30215'

Here are all the text messages sent via both Chris Benoit and Nancy Benoit's phones:

The first thing that you notice (especially if you are a Fayetteville resident) is that the zip code in this address is wrong. All the text messages had the same address and zip code to them (obviously sending to multi people). The zip code to Chris Benoit's Fayetteville house is in fact 30214 and not 30215. Chris Benoit has been known by his colleagues as being very precise when it comes to anything, many claim he wouldn't of ever made such a mistake. So why do we have a mistake right here when it comes to his own address?

It is confirmed that Chris Benoit sent Chavo Guerrero one of these address text messages. Why though? Chavo Guerrero already knew the address to the Benoit house as he had spent the previous weekend staying at the Benoit house. Also keep in mind the coroner claimed Chris Benoit died on Saturday at sometime. So, with that being said, how could of Chris Benoit sent these text messages on Sunday when he was already dead?

While we are on the case of text messages and phone calls and such. The police weren't able to find the phone of Chris Benoit that these alleged text messages and phone calls came from. The police have turned his cell phone off. Doesn't this also sound suspicious? I mean its not like Chris Benoit took the phone to his grave to cover up 'his' story, that's farfetched and his clothing would of no doubtly of been checked for evidence anyway. Chris Benoit never left the house on Saturday or Sunday and the phone can't be found in his house. So where is it?

The 'Hanging' Of Chris Benoit

The police has claimed that Chris Benoit killed his wife and then 'hung' himself on his weight machine. First thing i have to question is how would he be able to hang himself on his weight machine? There are two possible ways he could of done it, either tying a rope to the machine, jumping off of the seat and hanging himself that way or by using the weight of the machine as a pulley to lift his body into the air. These are the two possibilities that are being thrown around, but, there is no way Chris Benoit could of hung himself on the machine, he couldn't of performed the first method as the machine wouldn't of been tall enough to have enough space to jump off of the seat and still hang in mid air. The machine isn't large and Chris Benoit wasn't exactly a reasonablly small man. Also, the second method, i doubt very much that the weight on the actual machine was heavy enough to lift up the body of Chris Benoit and keep him suspended in mid-air, yeah those weights are heavier, but towards the end of Chris Benoit's life he was rather large and had a lot of muscle, i just don't see it being possible. Also as you are about to read certain things would of shown by these two possible methods that were not evident when Chris Benoit was found in his Atlanta home on that fateful day.

Also, Chris Benoit was not hanging from the weight machine, he was laying on the floor underneath the machine. Another officer said that Chris Benoit was 'slumped' against the weight machine. If Chris Benoit had indeed hung himself he would still be suspended in mid-air when the police found him, unless Chris Benoit did a dodgy job with tying the noose, in that case Chris Benoit would of just fallen to the ground, he wouldn't be dead. There was also a white cloth found around the neck of Chris Benoit, if Chris Benoit really did plan on committing suicide why would he care about marks and bruises on his neck?

Let's also look at the physical injuries to Chris Benoit, he was found with marks around his neck and a cut on his lip. Read this article below about the medical symptons of hanging and then tell me if Chris Benoit could of indeed hung himself:

----------

The cause of death in hanging depends on the conditions related to the event. When the body is released from a relatively high position, death is usually caused by severing the spinal cord between C1 and C2, which may be functional decapitation. High cervical fracture frequently occurs in judicial hangings, and in fact the C1-C2 fracture has been called the "hangman's fracture" in medicine, even when it occurs in other circumstances. Usually, accidental C1-C2 fracture victims do not immediately become unconscious; instead death occurs after some minutes. Another process that has been suggested is carotid sinus reflex death. By this theory, the mechanical stimulation of the carotid sinus in the neck brings on terminal cardiac arrest.

In the absence of fracture and dislocation, occlusion of blood vessels becomes the major cause of death, rather than asphyxiation. Obstruction of venous drainage of the brain via occlusion of the internal jugular veins leads to cerebral edema and then cerebral ischemia. The face will typically become engorged and cyanotic (turned blue through lack of oxygen). There will be the classic sign of strangulation—petechiae—little blood marks on the face and in the eyes from burst blood capillaries. The tongue may protrude.

Compromise of the cerebral blood flow may occur by obstruction of the carotid arteries, even though their obstruction requires far more force than the obstruction of jugular veins, since they are seated deeper and they contain blood in much higher pressure compared to the jugular veins. Only 31 newtons (7 lbf or 3.2 kgf) of force may be enough to constrict the carotid arteries to the point of rapid unconsciousness. Where death has occurred through carotid artery obstruction or cervical fracture, the face will typically be pale in color and not show petechiae. Many reports and pictures exist of actual short-drop hangings that seem to show that the person died quickly, while others indicate a slow and agonizing death by strangulation.

When cerebral circulation is severely compromised by any mechanism, arterial or venous, death occurs over four or more minutes from cerebral hypoxia, although the heart may continue to beat for some period after the brain can no longer be resuscitated. The time of death in such cases is a matter of convention. In judicial hangings, death is pronounced at cardiac arrest, which may occur at times from several minutes up to 15 minutes or longer after hanging. During suspension, once the prisoner has lapsed into unconsciousness, rippling movements of the body and limbs may occur for some time which are usually attributed to nervous and muscular reflexes. In Britain, it was normal to leave the body suspended for an hour to ensure death.

After death, the body typically shows marks of suspension: bruising and rope marks on the neck. Moreover, sphincters will relax spontaneously and urine and faeces will be evacuated. Forensic experts may often be able to tell if hanging is suicide or homicide, as each leaves a distinctive ligature mark. One of the hints they use is the hyoid bone. If broken, it often means the person has been murdered by manual choking.

----------

According to this article Chris Benoit's face would of became engorged and cynaotic (it would of turned blue), there would of been little blood marks on the face of Chris Benoit and also in the eyes of Chris Benoit due to burst blood capillaries and his tongue would of protruded from his skull. Also the sphincter would of relaxed spontaneously and urine and faeces would of been evacuated by Chris Benoit. So, looking at the reports and looking at this none of this matches up, marks would of been found around the neck of Chris Benoit if he was hung; which marks were found. But those marks could of occurred in any oher matter, choking, strangulation, any other method.

Chris Benoit would of been found hanging from the machine with his eyes and tongue poking out of his head, blood marks would of been found on his face, severe injuries would of occurred to the spinal cord and the neck, his head would be a blue colour and he would of excreted urine and faeces, which would of been found underneath the hanging body. None of this was found, Chris Benoit was found lying against the machine with marks on his neck and a cut on his lip, this is not the site of a hanging, this is the site of Chris Benoit being choked to death and then the scene was staged to look like a hanging, but a hanging cannot be staged, the murderers failed to actual do their research when it came to hangings and in turn have given as vital clues.

Chris Benoit was not hung, so, what did happen? He was choked in some way. Its possible that Chris Benoit may of wrapped the cord of the weight machine around his neck to choke himself out, but that kind of method would take a fair while to perform, and it would be severly painful and torturous, if Chris Benoit wanted to commit suicide he would of done it quick and swiftly, not slow and painfully, just like any other suicidal person. Plus such strangulation would of no doubt caused some of the symptons of a hanging to occur, including the rupturing of blood capillaries in both the face and the eyes of Chris Benoit. Evidence shows no such thing.

The Possibility Of Roid Rage

The possibility of 'roid rage' in this case has been very high, especially during the weeks leading up to the toxicology reports being released. People have claimed that Chris Benoit snapped, attacked his family and then committed suicide. Since the toxicology reports have come in we can now rule this out as being a false accusation. Three drugs were found in Chris Benoit's body, a boost of testosterone (considered to be a steroid), Xanax and Hydrocodone. Both Xanax and Hydrocodone combined can be used as a sedative and when overdosed on can be rather dangerous. Now according to the toxicology report these two drugs found in both Chris and Nancy were at a normal level, but this does not rule out sedation since both of these drugs combined causes the user to become tired and drousy. How is Chris Benoit possibly meant to kill both his wife and son while sedated? Even with roid rage (which i will prove that he couldn't of killed them under roid rage in the later part of this discussion).

People claimed that the amount of testosterone found in Chris Benoit's body was ten times the normal levels a normal man is meant to have of testosterone in their bodies. This however is untrue, according to Dr. David Black, a doctor who oversees WWE's drug testing, he claims that there was in fact only five times the normal levels of testosterone found is Chris Benoit's body.

If you take a look over this interview that took place in July of 2007 with Dr. David Black you will see exactly what he says:

----------

Greta Van Susteren, host: And tonight, the WWE is under fire following the release of the Benoit family's toxicology tests. Just a short time ago, WWE released a statement saying in part, "WWE understands that the toxicology reports for Chris Benoit indicate that he tested positive for testosterone and negative for anabolic steroids. At Mr. Benoit's last drug test in April 2007, administered by Aegis labs, he tested negative for anabolic steroids and for testosterone. Given the toxicology report of GBI released today, it would appear that Mr. Benoit took testosterone sometime after his April 2007 test and before the time he died."

Dr. David Black oversees drug testing for the WWE, and Jerry McDevitt is a lawyer for the World Wrestling Entertainment. They both join us live from Pittsburgh. Welcome, gentlemen, both of you. First to you, Jerry. What do you think today about the toxicology report?

Jerry McDevitt, WWE Attorney: Well, I think Dr. Sperry very carefully and almost surgically went through the toxicology to explain the significance on the investigation. And quite frankly, I think he very clearly eliminated all this speculation about steroids having any causative role. He was very clear that no anabolic steroids of the performance-enhancing type were found in Chris's body and that what was found was testosterone, which is consistent with testosterone replacement.

The significant finding that he was very clear about that I think adds a new fact to the mix is that the young boy, Daniel, was apparently given a dosage of Xanax at some point in this, prior to his death. But I think he did a lot to dispel some of the lore and hysteria, if you will, that surrounded this and to redirect this thing where it really belongs, to the crime scene evidence and the rest of the forensic evidence.

Greta Van Susteren: Dr. Black, was the amount of testosterone, according to the report, in Chris Benoit's body — is there a therapeutic level?

Dr. David Black, Aegis Sciences Corporation: Well, you can't interpret urine of any drug, let alone testosterone, as to whether or not it's therapeutic. That has to be assessed in the blood compartment. It would be an amount of testosterone greater than what would be present in a normal random urine. It was not 10 times greater, as some are saying. It may be as much as five times or six times greater. But you can't really assess therapeutic out of a urine sample. All can you say is that there was use.

Greta Van Susteren: Dr. Black, there's no question — I'm not a doctor. I haven't studied this. But in your medical experience or your background, is five times the testosterone level, which is the level that you gave me, not the 10 but the 5 — could that ever cause a rage in someone?

Dr. David Black: No. I have held the opinion, I do hold the opinion, this case has nothing to do with 'roid rage. The murder-suicide, as tragic as it is, does not have any evidence of the rage that would be associated, what's called 'roid rage. And there is no evidence that Chris Benoit engaged in a pattern of anabolic steroid use which would fit 'roid rage, which is well beyond what we are talking about here.

'Roid rage is associated with the use of multiple anabolic steroids, injectables and orals, doses 10 to 100 times greater than therapeutic, taken through cycles. The cases that I've been involved with with 'roid rage involve enormous amounts of anabolic steroids being used. This case does not fit that.

Greta Van Susteren: All right. Dr. Black, beginning I think it was in the early part of 2006, WWE instituted its drug testing program as a result of a rather tragic death. Your company is the one that tested in April of 2007 Chris Benoit. What quality control do you have to give confidence that the urine that was tested was indeed his and not, you know, switched out?

Dr. David Black: Oh, gosh. The collection process is an observed collection. Standard forensic protocols are followed. We are a federally certified laboratory. We follow the standard types of chain-of-custody documentation protocols. We are certified, inspected. We use all appropriate standards and quality controls. We've been doing this for well over 20 years. It's all of the standard practices and procedures that would be found in a forensic facility, and Aegis is only a forensic laboratory.

Greta Van Susteren: And I guess the key is the observed sample. You see the sample being given to you. That's sort of the key?

Dr. David Black: Well, it's not the only key. There are a lot of quality control steps in the process. But certainly, it helps ensure that the sample tested belongs to the donor, or in this case, the talent.

Greta Van Susteren: Thank you, Dr. Black. And Jerry, thank you, as well.

Jerry McDevitt: Thank you, Greta.

Dr. David Black: Thank you.

Road Warrior Animal (Joe Lauranitis) claims that he knows about roid rage and that he has never known of roid rage lasting for such an extensive period of time as the one Chris Benoit was accused of performing. He claimed that roid rage would only last a good five minutes or so before the victim would snap back into reality and apologies for their actions. Its much the same as Epilepsy in the sense that both are unaware of what they are doing at the times of the attack. With Epliepsy a serious patient of the disease would get a seizure once or twice a day at the most, this has to be the same case with roid rage.

So, i don't believe there is any possibility that Chris Benoit snapped into roid rage, killed Nancy Benoit, snapped out of roid rage, panicked, snapped back into roid rage again and killed his son, Daniel before snapping back out of it again, especially since the coroner claims both Nancy and Daniel died sometime on Friday and we all know that Chris Benoit was talking to Chavo Guerrero sometime on Friday night, Chavo Guerrero didn't notice any abnormality in Chris Benoit's voice, and they ended up talking for fourty five minutes at least before Chris Benoit recieved the knock at the door, left the phone, the scuffling was heard and then the phone went dead.

Many sources, into WWE and many doctors including Dr. David Black, have completely ruled out roid rage being involved in this case because the levels of testosterone found in Chris Benoit's body weren't at a high enough level to switch on any form of roid rage in the slightest. So we can easily rule out roid rage in this case.

On a side note no needles were found in the Benoit house to even point to Chris Benoit injecting himself with steroids. The only thing found in the house were just the steroids and as stated above their wasn't enough steroids in the body of Chris Benoit to snap into such a roid rage in which he would kill his family. He was also sedated with the Xanax and Hydrocodone present in his body.

Also WWE Attorney, Jerry McDevitt appeared on MSNBC Live with Dan Abrams on July 17, 2007 and said that Chris Benoit was prescribed testosterone as part of a treatment for testosterone replacement therapy, which Jerry McDevitt said was a common medical practice for people who had used steroids in the past, and had suffered testicular damage as a result. Come on now, what more evidence do you want to rule roid rage out?

Más info (acá hablan weas como de Kevin Sullivan

When Chavo Guerrero called back after he recieved the voice message Chris Benoit sounded 'tired and groggy'. According to the Fayetteville Police Department ten empty beer cans and an empty bottle of wine were found beside Chris Benoit's body.

Chris Benoit had no alcohol in his system, yet he was 'tired and groggy' when Chavo Guerrero talked to him and empty beer cans and a wine bottle were found by Chris Benoit's body. So who drank the alcohol? Chris Benoit had no alcohol in his system, Nancy Benoit had a low blood alcohol level. Did she drink the alcohol? Maybe. I think this alone may suggests that there was someone else in the Benoit home that weekend.

Xanax and Hydrocodone were found in the system of Chris Benoit (they were also found in Nancy Benoit's system, Xanax was found in Daniel Benoit's system), when combined these two drugs can become a powerful sedative. Xanax alone can be used as a sedative. Several users of these two drugs and several doctors have backed up this claim. This shows that all three Benoits, with little questioning, were sedated sometime on the weekend they were murdered. The sedation could be a reason as to why Chris Benoit was 'tired and groggy' when Chavo Guerrero called him back after recieving a voice messagefrom Chris Benoit. However the Medical Examiner claims that Chris Benoit died on Saturday, the coroner who performed Chris Benoit's autopsy claims Chris Benoit died early Saturday morning. Chris Benoit's body was apparently badly decomposed, about the same as Nancy Benoit's body which also suggest the three murders occurred not long after the other. This evidence backs up both the Medical Examiner and the coroner's reports of Chris Benoit dying on Saturday sometime.

Now assuming the coroner's reports are correct there is no possible way it could of been Chris Benoit that sent the voice message to Chavo Guerrero and made all contacts after that. The voice message was apparently sent at around about 3:30PM on Saturday. According to the coroner's claims Chris Benoit was dead before the voice message was sent.

So, this leads to one question, who sent this voice message to Chavo Guerrero and all the other calls and messages after that? It couldn't of been Chris Benoit like everyone is claiming, he was already dead. Sure you could question the coroner and state his claims could be wrong. Yeah, there is a possibility the coroner's claims could of been incorrect, but the coroner is a professional and is employed for his professionalism. The coroner would have made the best effort they could to find answers, the coroner wouldn't of let anything go astray and wouldn't of allowed mistakes to be made. Sure, it's easy for me to say all of this, but would you really think the coroner would of done a half-assed job? Their reputation and most importantly their job would of been on the line if they had of half-assed the autopsy. I doubt that's a risk the coroner would want to take. In the case of suicide, the verdict requires proving beyond reasonable doubt, to put it simply the coroner is required to prove his verdict. With this being said the coroner in the Benoit case would of been required to prove how he came to the verdict that Nancy and Daniel died Friday and Chris died early Saturday, perjury is a crime and would cost the coroner more than just his job.

But going back to the topic at hand and the question asked, who made that voice message and every other call and message after that? Now, there is the possibility that Chris Benoit himself sent timed text messages with a phone application sometime on Friday or Saturday and set his phone to send the text messages on Sunday. Unfortunately though we cannot find out if that's so as the investigators were unable to find Chris Benoit or Nancy Benoit's phones at the crime scene, according to a local Fayetteville resident. If they could find the phones they could find out whether the timed text messaging application was installed on both Chris and Nancy's phones (both of which these text messages were sent on). If you are then questioning how the police know what the text messages were and when they were sent then the answer to that is quite simple, the police have the ability to track phone calls, text messages, internet conversations and similiar comunication networks.

Either way Chris Benoit was dead by the time the text messages were sent. It is rather suspicious that the two phones cannot be found. If Chris Benoit sent timed text messages would you think he would care to hide the phones or dispose of them? No, why would he have any reason of doing so, he killed himself (according to the media).

Chavo Guerrero told WWE Magazine that he talked to Chris Benoit for a while on Friday night on Chris Benoit's house phone at around about 8PM. Chavo Guerrero claims that they were talking about their travel plans to an up-coming WWE house show event in Beaumont, Texas and their travel plans to WWE's Vengeance: Night Of Champions Pay Per View on Sunday which would take place in Houston, Texas. Chavo Guerrero was scheduled to defend his Cruiserweight Championship in a match against Jimmy Wang Yang and Chris Benoit was scheduled to win the vacant ECW World Championship in a match against CM Punk, according to Stephanie McMahon, WWE's Executive Vice President.

According to Chavo Guerrero, about forty five minutes into the conversation Chris Benoit told Chavo Guerrero that there was somebody knocking at his door and he was going to see who it was. Shortly after Chris Benoit answered the door there was a 'scuffle' and then Chris Benoit's house phone line went dead. Chris Benoit could only be reached on his cell phone about three hours later. We can ask several questions about the phone call recieved three hours after this incident unfolded. What was this call about? What was Chris Benoit's demeanour during this phone call?

Now again i have to reitterate, the coroner claims Chris Benoit was dead by early Saturday morning. The second call mentioned in the previous sentence may have been the last phone call conversation anyone ever had with 'the real' Chris Benoit.

Now this is where i have to get suspicious. The phones are missing, someone was in the Benoit house on the Friday when the deaths began and no real evidence can point towards Chris Benoit being the man that killed Daniel, Nancy and then himself. Why? Because he didn't. There is no solid evidence to prove he did kill them, just the fact that he was the only 'man' in the house and was employed to a company known for it's steroids abuse amongst their employees. A mere generalisation if you ask me.

The 'intruders' were let in to the Benoit house at around about 8:45PM according to Chavo Guerrero's comments. Were these 'visitors' just friends of the Benoit family? Did they stay for a few hours and then innocently leave what would eventually become the house of a murder crime scene? Were these 'visitors' actually 'intruders' or 'invaders' and forced there way into the house when the door was opened by Chris Benoit? Did they sedate Chris Benoit on entry to the house or did Chris Benoit allow them to enter the house? Remember All three Benoit's were found with sedatives in their bodies, it would be interesting to find out when exactly Chris Benoit was injected with these sedatives as they could reveal quite a lot.

The murderers were calculated when they murdered the Benoit family, the evidence is shown with the crime scene. Maybe Chris Benoit knew his killers? Were the 'intruders' in the house at the time of what could have been the last phone call conversation with Chris Benoit? It would be good if we knew what that specific phone call was about. We know Chavo Guerrero made the call. Maybe Chris Benoit cried out for help before he was murdered? Maybe he was forced to say something in particular to Chavo Guerrero while the 'intruders' threatened him. They may have wanted Chris Benoit to reassure Chavo Guerrero that he is alright. We may never know what exactly happened that Friday night and then the remaining weekend.

One question i mentioned sticks out though. Maybe Chris Benoit knew his killers. I am not claiming this as true or false right now as it's not fair to do so, but, what if it was Kevin Sullivan that murdered this family? I know people are skepitcal on whether Kevin Sullivan was involved or not and some even brush it off like it has nothing to do with the case, including the Fayetteville Police Department assigned to the case who claimed they 'would NOT bother to question Mr. Sullivan'. Why wouldn't they question 'Mr Sullivan'?

But, let me bring this to your attention. The year was 1997, Brian Pillman had just left WCW and Chris Benoit was placed in a feud with Kevin Sullivan. Kevin Sullivan attacked Chris Benoit at the Slamboree 1997 Pay Per View and thei feud would build from there. At the time Kevin Sullivan was a member of the WCW creative team and decided to book Chris Benoit to have an affair with his valet and real life wife at the time, Nancy Sullivan (known as Woman in WCW). Benoit and Nancy were forced to spend time together to make the affair look real, (hold hands in public, share hotel rooms, etc). This on-screen relationship developed into a real-life affair off-screen. Because of this, Sullivan and Benoit had a contentious backstage relationship at best. It is often joked that 'Kevin Sullivan booked his own divorce'. Kevin Sullivan would book himself into a Retirement Match with Chris Benoit at WCW's Bash At The Beach 1997 Pay Per View and would ultimately lose the match. Kevin Sullivan intended to retire so he could focus more on his booking role.

Kevin Sullivan hated Chris Benoit for breaking up his marriage with Nancy and claimed he 'stole' Nancy from him. Kevin Sullivan is said to have caused Nancy to quit wrestling when he created a Pay Per View skit where she would appear topless; Nancy refused. Kevin Sullivan is also a leading member of the Satanic Church and is known by many as being cold-hearted and conniving, Dusty Rhodes has been known as saying 'he danced with the devil'.

If this isn't enough then think about this for a second. Daniel Benoit is the only offspring between Nancy and Chris Benoit, Chris Benoit's other children are from a different marriage. Also, consider the dates of when Nancy Benoit and Kevin Sullivan got a divorce, the year was 1997. What year did the Benoit murders happen? 2007. This alone is suspicious. Kevin Sullivan, as stated, is a member of the Satanic Church, and a highly ranked member at that. Satanists are known for being connving, manipulative and immensly calculated. The murder of Chris Benoit, Nancy Benoit and Daniel Benoit occurred on the tenth year anniversary of Nancy and Kevin's divorce, Daniel Benoit is the only offspring of Chris Benoit and Nancy Benoit. It all pieces together like a puzzle.

With all this being said i once again ask why the Fayetteville Police Department were so quick to rule Kevin Sullivan out as the murder? Why didn't they question him? Did they even know about the love triangle the three were involved in? Did they know Kevin Sullivan is a high ranked Satanist? Why wasn't this looked into further? It just doesn't make sense to let it slide.

After the Friday night that Chavo Guerrero talked to Chris Benoit for forty five minutes and someone 'visited' the Benoit home several messages and calls were sent using the cell phone of Chris Benoit. No messages or phone calls came from the home phone after the 'house line went dead'. Doesn't this seem a little strange? The phone wasn't operational after the 'intruders' entered the Benoit home. The Benoit family was then found dead several days later.

Early Saturday morning, at about 3:53AM according to reports, the first text message was sent. The first message was a message that stated 'C, S. My physical address is 130 Green Meadow Lane, Fayetteville Georgia. 30215'. Now there are a lot of things suspicious about this text message. First, why is 'Chris Benoit' sending his home address at such early hours of the morning? Was this in fact Chris Benoit calling out; or in this case, texting out for help? Remember the coroner claimed Chris Benoit died early Saturday morning. He could of still been alive at this stage and quite possibly in distress. What else is suspicious about the text message is the use of the word 'physical'. If Chris Benoit needed help wouldn't it have been more beneficial to try and contact the police with 911? If he was worried about being caught by the 'intruders' wouldn't a shorter text message be more beneficial? If in fact Chris Benoit killed his family then why would he text his best friend Chavo Guerrero with his address to come discover the bodies? It would make things look too suspicious.

What's also suspicious about the text message is the address, the postcode in the address in the text message is '30215' whereas the correct postcode for Chris Benoit's residence is in fact '30214'. The District Attorney listed Chris Benoit's postcode as '30214' for a search warrant for Dr. Astin. The District Attorney is not going to make such a big mistake concering a federal case against Dr. Astin. Any tpyo would allow for the dismissal of the case. So the District Attorney is going to want to be as accurate as possible.

When 'googling' '130 Green Meadow Lane, Fayetteville Georgia' the postcode displayed is '30215'. This is actually incorrect as the correct postcode for the Benoit residence is '30214', the postcode mentioned in the address of Chris Benoit by the District Attorney for the search warrant of Dr. Astin. On one side out 85 South is the Benoit residence, this sides postcode is '30214'. On the other side of 85 South is where the postcode splits from '30214' to '30215'.

Here is an image from 'majorspanking' on Youtube where he shows where '30214' and '30215' are in Fayetteville, Georgia:

INSERT IMAGE HERE

Now it could of been rather easy that the 'intruders' 'googled' Benoit's home address to find out what his postcode was and made the same mistake of believing the Google search. After all, it has been stated that the computer had been used, one of the last searches on the computer was a search regarding the old testament Elijah. According to a local Atlanta pasture Elijah raised the body of a young boy by placing the body of the boy on a bed and laying on the body three times and the boys life came back.

Now i have heard several people claim they believe Nancy Benoit killed Daniel Benoit, Chris Benoit came home from the doctors and found out and killed Nancy Benoit before taking his own life. This can most definitely make that claim seem more reasonable. However there are still so many other loop holes in the case and i highly doubt this is the case. The search for the old testament Elijah is rather odd and suspicious though.

Chris Benoit was always known as being precise according to various wrestlers who knew him well. Yet the postcode on all the text messages with the address were wrong. Chris Benoit had apparently just moved in to his Fayetteville home a few months before his death. With that said i can understand people believing the error was a simple mistake but just think for a second, either way you look at the case, Chris Benoit was in distress, he wanted to be found. It is important that Chris Benoit knew his postcode for various reasons, no matter if he had just moved into the house or not, he is going to have to know his home address in it's entirity.

Chris Benoit has always been known as being precise, why would he risk making such a mistake? His life was in danger. Surely Chris Benoit had had to use his Fayetteville home postcode before his death. Is it really that hard to remember? Especially for a resident of Fayetteville. I don't think so. This kind of mistake simply seems out of character for Chris Benoit. Sure, the same message could of been sent on the same phone to several different numbers at the same time. But the message was sent with both Chris Benoit and Nancy Benoit's phones and the postcode was wrong on every message sent by both phones.

My final suspicion regarding the text messages is that one of the text messages with Chris Benoit's 'physical' address were sent to Chavo Guerrero, that has been confirmed. Chavo Guerrero already knew Chris Benoit's address, Chavo Guerrero and his family were visitors at the Benoit home the weekend before the murders of the Benoit family, according to Chavo Guerrero himself in a rememberance video towards Chris Benoit played on the Chris Benoit Raw Tribute show the Monday the Benoit family had been discovered dead in their home. Why would Chavo Guerrero need to know Chris Benoit's address when he had visited the Benoit home a weekend beforehand? Why would Chris Benoit feel the need to text Chavo Guerrero his 'physical' address at the early hours of the morning when he would of known that Chris Benoit knew his home address from the previous weekend visit from Chavo Guerrero? This either seems like a cry for help from a desperate man or an impersonator. The 'intruders' could of been texting people on Chris Benoit's cell phone to have someone come and find the murder crime scene.

Many assumpitons have been made as to how Chris Benoit could of killed his family and then himself. I am going to try rule them all out.

The first and the most universally discussed was that Chris Benoit snapped into a fit of 'roid rage' and killed his family over the weekend. Originally the assumptions were Chris Benoit killed Nancy on Friday, Daniel on Saturday and himself on Sunday or Monday. But, as you all read before the coroner states that Nancy and Daniel would of died sometime Friday and Chris Benoit would of died sometime Saturday due to the decomposition of each body.

WWE's Attorney, Jerry McDevitt, has stated that 'they believe the facts of this crime do not support the hypothesis that 'roid rage' played a role in the murders'. They cite evidence of premeditation and the fact that the steroids found within Benoit's home were legally prescribed. Dr. Gary Wadler who currently serves on the World Doping Agency's Prohibited List and Methods Committee and has served on its Health, Medicine, and Research Committee agreed stating that 'that was a premeditated act and that's not rage'.

If Chris Benoit had been a victim of such a serious case of 'roid rage' there would of been plenty of evidence of past roid rage and his 'snaps' would be quite common at such a severe level. Even if Nancy and Daniel died sometime on Friday the length of the accused 'roid rage' would be far too long for any case of roid rage. Roid rage is quick and sudden and as said by Joe Lauranitis, roid rage would only last upwards of five minutes before the victim snapped back into reality. Plus if there was roid rage involved there would of been signs of rage at the crime scene, yet the investigators claim that there was no signs of a struggle. Not exactly the desired scenario of a roid rage victim. The murders were obviously calculated and planned out, the crime scene is evidence of that. Roid rage is not calculated nor is it planned out, it's simply rage, uncontrollable rage.

Many sources, into WWE and many doctors including Dr. David Black, have completely ruled out roid rage being involved in this case because the levels of testosterone found in Chris Benoit's body weren't at a high enough level to switch on any form of roid rage in the slightest. That and the crime scene does not suggest roid rage had anything to do with the murders. So we can easily rule out roid rage in this case.
