Always this talk about how to build "the perfect butt" so let's try 10 on how not to!
1) Don't do the "30 day squat challenge". Just don't. 2) Stand on a treadmill all day to burn calories. Lots of other alternatives to cardio such as sprints
3) Going for light weighs because you think barbells will make you look like a man. 4) Think that you made your muscles grow because you bulked on pizza for 3 days. 5) Spend more time checking yourself out in a gym mirror instead of actually working out. 6) Quit mobility and stretching because you think you're a unicorn and don't need it. 7) Cheat your sets away because your glutes are on or whine when your coach tells you to keep going. 8) Stay away from meat because you like cute animals. Sorry! 9) Run a marathon every day and end your session with dog-peeing-exercises. 10) Sit on your ass all day and think a miracle is gonna happen - or take 200 pics in a row and think it will grow in between (lol that one is for me)
