es dificil expecular pq una situación así nunca había sucedido entre rusia y la otan, ahora claramente la agresión es un acto de guerra, lo que creo putin hará es tratar de calificar el acto de guerra como una agresión terrorista por parte del estado turco.
el origen del atentado sin embargo está en usa no en turquía, lo que quiere saber el negro es si podrá llevar a cabo su 'no fly zone' sin una respuesta de rusia y tb quiere saber si la otan lo apoya en caso de haber una respuesta.
ahora una agresión militar exige una respuesta militar, lo primero creo que será rescatar los cuerpos de los paracaídistas, lo siguiente creo que será militarizar la zona y barrer con cada aldea turcomana en siria (para variar en el juego de poder pagarán los inocentes). en cuanto a la zona sin vuelos, yo no descartaría un bombardeo sobre estambul, si occidente quiere jugar a las gallinitas con la tercera guerra la respuesta tiene que ser contundente para saber quién es la gallina.

Pentagon hesitant to commit to no-fly zone, given challenges
WASHINGTON — Implementing a “no-fly zone” in Syria would require a large number of U.S. ground forces and would require the U.S. and coalition to define what they would be willing to do to protect the population residing there, military and civilian experts said.
For months, French President Francois Hollande and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan have considered establishing a “safe zone” in northern Syria to create a region for some of the estimated 11 million civilians displaced by the country’s five-year civil war and the takeover of key cities by the Islamic State group. The surge in refugees into Europe has further complicated security challenges there.
But President Barack Obama has opposed a no-fly zone, citing it would require a large ground force to enforce and protect it, something he is unwilling to do.
“[The Islamic State] does not have planes, so the attacks are on the ground,” he said last week during a summit of wealthy nations in Antalya, Turkey. “A true safe zone requires us to set up ground operations.”
The Pentagon also has given little indication that it is interested in establishing a no-fly zone in Syria, where the battlefield has changed dramatically during the past couple months.
“We’re not currently doing anything to enforce or prepare for a zone,” said Capt. Jeff Davis, spokesman for the Pentagon.
Col. Pat Ryder, a spokesman for U.S. Central Command, said creating a safe zone “has the potential of becoming a magnet for civilians.” In addition, the demands on the air assets would limit U.S. options to fight the Islamic State group elsewhere, he said.
“You would need a very large capable ground force to defend those civilians, otherwise it would remain vulnerable to attack from the ground,” Ryder said. “Additionally you are looking at some type of air-superiority capability, constant air-watch capability, large numbers of logistics. The resources alone would require us to defer other resources that are currently being used to fight [the Islamic State.]”
It’s not just the demands that a no-fly zone would create on ground forces, but the complex rules of engagement that would need to be specifically defined, said Anthony Cordesman, a senior national security analyst at the Center for Strategic and International Studies.
A no-fly zone in Syria would have to address how the United States would protect the population from potential ground attacks from the regime of Syrian President Bashar Assad, Cordesman said. It also would need to address what type of air assets would be committed and how the United States and coalition would justify protecting a population that would likely attract refugees that have known affiliations to terrorist groups.
A Russian jet shot down by Turkey on Tuesday reportedly flying in Turkish airspace represents larger security risks if Russia challenged the boundaries of a potential no-fly zone.
NATO Supreme Allied Command Gen. Philip Breedlove has raised concerns about Russia’s moves in Syria, where they has been working to prop up the Assad regime. As Russia has built up its forces in the country, it has added sophisticated anti-aircraft weaponry that could pose a challenge to any U.S. fighters attempting to enforce a no-fly area.
“These very sophisticated (Russian) air defense capabilities are not about the [Islamic State]. They are about something else,” Breedlove said during a September talk at the George Mar-shall Fund in Washington.
For the United States, challenging those weapons systems would pose significant risk to American aircraft should Russia resist a U.S. attempt to control parts of Syrian airspace.
“There’s such a wide range of possibilities,” Cordesman said. “What you don’t define you can’t justify. Is this the U.S. only enforcing a no-fly zone over a limited area? What happens if there is a significant military response from the Assad regime on the ground? How do we deal with this in terms of any Iranian or Russian reaction?”
On Tuesday, a no-fly zone over Syria was not part of the discussion when Obama and Hollande met at the White House.
Hollande's trip to Washington was part of a diplomatic push to get the United States and other nations to bolster efforts to destroy the Islamic State group that has claimed responsibility for the Paris attacks on Oct. 13. Hollande emerged from his meeting with Obama saying France and the United States had agreed to step up a "joint response," including new efforts to target terrorists' financial networks, take back Islamic State-controlled territory, scale up efforts in Syria and Iraq and increase intelligence sharing.
Cordesman said a no-fly zone agreement was always a doubtful outcome of Hollande’s White House meeting, given the president’s stated opposition to that strategy.
“The strategy that we’ve put forward is the strategy that is ultimately going to work,” Obama said last week the summit in Turkey. “But as I’ve said from the start, it’s going to take time.”
President Erdoğan still pursuing no-fly zone in northern Syria
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has again voiced his desire to create a no-fly zone and establish a train-and-equip program for Syrian rebels while floating the idea of building settlements for Syrian refugees in line with their “national architectural style.”
“A no-fly zone, terror-free zone and train-and-equip [program] – steps are needed on these issues. Now our relevant departments are carrying out work. Timing is another issue, but the process is under control. This step will be taken, some areas have especially been earmarked,” Erdoğan said in an interview aired on ATV and A Haber channels late on Nov. 18.
New housing that is in harmony with local architecture should be built in the area where Syrian refugees are located, the president said.
A no-fly zone will protect them, while Syrian opposition forces will have the power to conduct a ground operation in the prospective area, he said.
The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) poses a threat to Turkey, Erdoğan also said in reply to U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, who suggested an operation with Turkey against the jihadist group.
“We’ll take a step with coalition forces,” he said.
Turkey has long pushed for a safe zone to protect civilians from Syrian airstrikes, but the administration of U.S. President Barack Obama has repeatedly rejected the idea as too difficult to implement.

Putin al embajador turco en Moscú: "Dile a Erdogan que se vaya al infierno junto con el EI"
El Presidente ruso, Vladimir Putin, rompió los protocolos diplomáticos aceptados y convocó personalmente al embajador turco en Moscú, Ümit Yardim, y le advirtió que la Federación Rusa rompería las relaciones diplomáticas a menos que el presidente turco, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, deje de apoyar a los terroristas del EI en Siria, donde Rusia posee su última base naval en el Mediterráneo.
El diario turco Zaman citó al Moscow Times, que informó que Putin habría lanzado una larga diatriba en la que criticó la política exterior turca y su perverso papel en Siria, Iraq y Yemen al apoyar a los terroristas de Al Qaida, junto con Arabia Saudí. La conversación acabó en una agria polémica.
Asimismo, según la información obtenida por Moscow Times, el encuentro entre Putin y el embajador ruso estuvo dominado por un intenso resentimiento mutuo. Yardim rechazó las acusaciones de Putin y culpó a Rusia por la situación en Siria.
"Dile a tu presidente dictador que puede irse al infierno junto con sus terroristas del EI y yo haré que Siria se convierta en un "Gran Stalingrado" para Erdogan y sus aliados saudíes, que no son menos brutales que Adolfo Hitler", contestó Putin en el encuentro de dos horas de duración con el diplomático turco.
"¡Qué hipócrita es tu Presidente, que aboga por la democracia y condena del golpe militar en Egipto", añadió Putin. "Y al mismo tiempo condona todas las actividades terroristas dirigidas a derrocar al Presidente sirio".
El Presidente ruso continuo diciendo que su país nunca abandonará a legítimo gobierno de Siria y cooperará con sus aliados, Irán y China, para encontrar una solución política a la guerra en el país árabe.

Se suponia que habia coordinacion aerea con eeuu y la coalicion, de la que turquia es parte, para evitar incidentes, y probablemente los rusos por esa razon maniobraban con la guardia baja. esto es una traicion de proporciones.

De hecho según mi entender, estos emprendedores cerraron unas cuantas fabricas y despidieron gente para no disminuir el margen de ganancia. Putin como que les dice que qué chucha harán todas esas familias mientras ustedes evitan ganar menos dinero? me reabren todo lo que cerraron y me reincorporan a la gente y si no firman nosotros (el Estado) nos encargaremos de hacerlo personalmente
Es básicamente lo mismo que hizo Chávez cuando la banca no quería servir al pueblo en Venezuela.
